EXAMPLE DRIP IRRIGATION (SPAIN)
On a melon plantation, special EBD-technolgy were used to optimize the irrigation system.
After a few months, it was found that the EBD on the drip irrigation system was able to neutralize the formation of calcium carbonates and iron. This prevented clogging of the pipes, making irrigation much more efficient and cost-saving. There is no longer a need for acidic and environmentally damaging additives to clear or prevent blockages. Water treated with EBD is also of great benefit to irrigated crops. As drought spreads and worsens in many parts of the world, water becomes more precious and conservation more important.
EXAMPLE GREENHOUSE DRIP IRRIGATION (SPAIN)
Irrigation systems are subject to heavy calcification and other deposits, which limit their functionality and result in higher maintenance costs.
In a Greenhouse in Spain, special EBD (Freytech) were installed on the irrigation system.
EBD technology eliminates the deposits. Acidic additives are eliminated. This significantly increases the efficiency and reliability of the irrigation system.
